How do I cancel my plan/subscription? (USB)

If you want to cancel the subscription from our app, there are two ways to go with this:

1. Downgrade from the app's pricing page.

2. Uninstall the app.


Downgrading

To downgrade, visit the app's Pricing page from this part:

Click the lower plan, or Free plan to downgrade. The app will confirm if you will proceed with the action first. Afterwards, the app should not send any further charges.

Please note that after confirmation, you would be downgraded immediately from the previous plan.


Uninstalling the App

To uninstall our app, please follow these steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.

  1. Hover over the app that you want to uninstall, click Uninstall.

Alternatively, you can click on the three dots located in the app, and click Uninstall from here.

Confirm that you want to uninstall the app.
